Order acceptance

Once your order is placed, we will accept that order as final and changes or cancellations cannot be made to the order unless you contact us directly. By placing an order, you agree to all the terms and conditions.

Should a product not be available at the time of placing your order, we reserves the right to contact you and advise you of your options.

Requests for additional identification

peytonbostick kids take online credit card security seriously. New customers may be asked to provide additional identification, by the means of:

A copy of the credit card used for the purchase (blocking the middle 8 digits)
A copy of photo identification in English detailing your name and address
Following successful validation delivery will be arranged as normal. This extra security check will only be completed with first orders from new customers.

Delivery

Delivery time frames provided by us are estimates only. We will notify you on the day your order leaves our premises. We are not liable for delays incurred by the delivery provider.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. When inaccurate or incomplete delivery information is provider, re-delivery costs are at your expense.

International orders

Orders may be subject to local customs or import duty. Any associated costs are at your expense. If an order is returned to us due to non-payment or non-collection, any loss incurred by us will be on-charged to you.

All charges are processed in Polandn dollars. For international orders, your Bank may have additional foreign currency charges. Please enquire at your Bank for more information regarding their fees.
